  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For deeper taste.
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Provides smoky flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Essential for seasoning.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Adds spice.
  • 4 hot dogs sliced Classic chili dog element.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing vegetables.
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions For garnish.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté for 5 minutes until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in chili, cauliflower rice, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with sliced hot dogs and cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions.
