Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. Drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and tops look slightly cracked.
  6. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
