Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients measured and ready to go.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk the eggs and then add almond milk, vanilla extract, erythritol, and almond extract. Mix until smooth, then combine wet and dry ingredients.
  3. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Lightly grease the waffle maker, pour about 1/2 cup of batter into the center, close the lid, and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
