Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Brush each flatbread with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the sautéed spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
