Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sauté the chopped spinach in a small pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes until it wilts.
- Brush each flatbread with olive oil, then sprinkle garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the sautéed spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
