  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth Helps to create a flavorful sauce.
  • 1 teaspoon salt To season the chicken and enhance flavors.
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper For a touch of spice.
  • to taste fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Method
 

  1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet and pour lemon garlic butter sauce over it. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
