Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the raspberries.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes, then slice into squares and serve.
