Method
- Gather all ingredients.
- Mix the dry ingredients (rolled oats, cocoa powder, chocolate protein powder, salt) in a large bowl.
- Combine wet ingredients (almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract) in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Roll into bite-sized balls.
- Chill the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for at least 30 minutes.
