- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the raisins until evenly distributed.
- Scoop out portions of dough and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
