Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients including cottage cheese, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, chocolate chips (if using), and salt.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the peanut butter and blend until fully combined.
  4. Pour in the honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, then blend again until well incorporated.
  5. Optionally, fold in whipped topping for a lighter texture.
  6. Transfer the mousse into serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with chocolate chips or a drizzle of peanut butter.
