Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked, draining excess fat if necessary.
Add the sliced onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper to the skillet with the cooked beef. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, sprinkle shredded provolone cheese over the mixture, cover, and let sit for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve over cooked rice or cauliflower rice and garnish with fresh parsley.
