- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onion and green bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional minute. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked tortellini to the skillet, stirring gently. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top and cover for a few minutes to let the cheese melt.
