- Cook the rice according to package instructions. If using cauliflower rice, sauté for 5 until tender. Set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties about 1 inch thick. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
- Place a scoop of rice at the bottom of each bowl, add mixed greens, and arrange sliced burger patties over the greens.
- Add toppings like cherry tomatoes, avocado, cheese, pickles, and red onion. Drizzle with dressing or serve on the side.
