  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Base
  • 2 cups cooked rice white, brown, or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option
  • 1 cup mixed greens like spinach, arugula, or romaine
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 whole avocado sliced
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite
  • 0.25 cup pickles sliced
  • 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
For the Dressing
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. If using cauliflower rice, sauté for 5 until tender. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties about 1 inch thick. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  3. Place a scoop of rice at the bottom of each bowl, add mixed greens, and arrange sliced burger patties over the greens.
  4. Add toppings like cherry tomatoes, avocado, cheese, pickles, and red onion. Drizzle with dressing or serve on the side.
