Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: ground turkey, almond flour, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatballs cool for a few minutes before serving.
