- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain excess fat, then add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, add hot honey, and stir to coat the beef. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Assemble bowls with cooked rice, honey beef mixture, steamed broccoli, shredded carrots, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
