- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the 6 large eggs until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped spinach and shredded cheese into the egg mixture.
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
