Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
  2. Sauté chopped spinach in a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread over flatbreads, then top with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with basil, slice, and serve warm.
