  • 1 teaspoon sriracha Adjust for spice level.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For aroma and flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced Adds warmth.
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil For nutty flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper For seasoning.
  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa Hearty base for the bowl.

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add broccoli florets to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir the turkey and broccoli mixture together. Add soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
