- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until tender.
- Stir the turkey and broccoli mixture together. Add soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
