  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water drained
  • 1 ripe avocado mashed
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Drain the tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado and add it to the bowl with the tuna.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
