- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add heavy cream, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir until spinach wilts.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
