Method
 

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds, then add halved cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and let simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Return chicken to the skillet and let simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
